The hydraulic bulging unit is embedded in the convex and concave molds. After deep drawing, the workpiece is partially bulged (such as raised reinforcement ribs) by high-pressure liquid or elastomer.
Dynamic pressing system——
Segmented pressing plate: Differentiated pressing force is applied to different areas of the product, high pressure prevents wrinkles during deep drawing, and low pressure reduces friction during flanging.
Intelligent spring group: The pressing plate spring and the ejector spring cooperate to control the material flow to avoid local excessive thinning.
For materials that are not easy to deform (such as high-strength steel and stainless steel), local temperature control technology is the key breakthrough point. The annular temperature field can quickly heat the edge of the stamping material (heating to 300°C within 3 seconds), reduce deformation resistance, and maintain the strength of the center area to support deep drawing. The temperature gradient control does not heat the short side and heats the long side to avoid asymmetric deformation during deep drawing of elliptical parts. Synchronous continuous stamping matches the heating and stamping beats (3-6spm) to achieve full-automatic production line integration.
